    The company introduced this product from Germany in 2008, becoming the first domestic enterprise to develop this product, filling the gap in high-precision control in China. This valve is a high-performance variable control valve. The valve seat design adopts vibration-free, straight-through flow path, where the flow is divided into multiple small fluid streams creating energy reduction zones. The result is longer product life, quieter operation and highest level valve performance under extreme conditions. Valve temperature range: 50℃ to +548℃, maximum rated pressure 42MPa, valve sizes: DN15-DN500 (1/2"-20").

    Advantages of Sliding Gate Control Valve:

    1. Lightweight structure, wafer type valve body, small size, light weight, easy installation.

    2. By replacing the slide plate, the flow can be changed, with CV values from 0.04 to 1530, or even larger.

    3. Tight closure: The fluid pressure differential makes the two slide plates fit more tightly, with extremely small leakage under standard conditions. It can simultaneously realize regulation and shutoff functions. Through the self-grinding effect of the slide plate, the sealing performance is guaranteed for long-term.

    4. Excellent turndown ratio: 40:1.

    5. Short stroke, fast response speed.

    6. Stable control: Medium flows through multi-hole channels with minimal turbulence, no water hammer, unbalanced force only 1/10 of single-seat valve.

    7. High hardness and wear-resistant cobalt-based hard alloy valve plates and seats make the valve life extremely long.

    8. Small unbalanced force, capable of overcoming large pressure differential.

    9. Maintainable valve internals, flat slide plates, replaceable and repairable after wear.

  • Core Throttling Structure

    The design adopts fixed slide plate + movable slide plate dual-plate cooperative structure. Both plates are milled with precision throttling grooves by five-axis machining center (groove width accuracy ±0.02mm, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm). During operation, the movable slide plate moves along linear guide with micro-stroke (stroke only 6-9mm, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01mm), realizing continuous precise control of fluid flow by changing the overlap area of throttling grooves. Compared with traditional single valve core structure, this design can effectively decompose fluid impact force, reduce flow field disturbance, avoid medium temperature or flow oscillation, especially suitable for stable regulation under small flow and high pressure differential conditions.

    Sealing and Pressing System

    It innovatively adopts spring pre-tightening + metal hard seal + flexible auxiliary seal composite sealing structure: The back of the movable slide plate is equipped with disc spring group, providing constant pre-tightening force (adjustable 5-15N according to working conditions), ensuring tight contact of two slide plate sealing surfaces throughout the full stroke. The sealing surface adopts hard alloy (WC-Co alloy, hardness HRC65+) finely ground by diamond grinding wheel, with flatness error ≤0.005mm. At the same time, PTFE or FFKM flexible sealing ring is embedded at the edge of the sealing surface, forming double guarantee of hard seal anti-wear + soft seal anti-leakage, greatly improving sealing reliability and service life.

    High Pressure Design Features

    Reinforced body design for extreme pressure applications (up to 42MPa). Multi-stage pressure reduction trim available. Anti-cavitation and anti-flashing design. Fire-safe certified to API 607. High temperature capability up to 548℃ (1020℉). Maintenance-friendly split-body design for easy access.
