  • BOILZ Sliding Gate Control Valve Fig480-A/B is a new generation precision fluid control equipment independently developed by Shaoguan BOILZ Valve Industrial Co., Ltd. It adopts a unique sliding gate valve core structure with small leakage, high regulation accuracy and large flow capacity. The product is widely used in automation control systems in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other industrial fields, capable of precisely regulating temperature, pressure and flow of media in pipelines.

    The valve body adopts precision casting process, and the internal parts surface is specially hardened for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The whole machine protection rating is IP65, suitable for indoor and outdoor humid and dusty conditions. It holds CE, TS, SIL, ISO full set of authoritative certifications. Bore range covers DN15-DN300, supporting carbon steel, stainless steel multi-material customization, suitable for domestic projects and overseas export supply. Whole machine original factory warranty 12 months.

  • Core Throttling Structure

    The design adopts fixed slide plate + movable slide plate dual-plate cooperative structure. Both plates are milled with precision throttling grooves by five-axis machining center (groove width accuracy ±0.02mm, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm). During operation, the movable slide plate moves along linear guide with micro-stroke (stroke only 6-9mm, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01mm), realizing continuous precise control of fluid flow by changing the overlap area of throttling grooves. Compared with traditional single valve core structure, this design can effectively decompose fluid impact force, reduce flow field disturbance, avoid medium temperature or flow oscillation, especially suitable for stable regulation under small flow and high pressure differential conditions.

    Sealing and Pressing System

    It innovatively adopts spring pre-tightening + metal hard seal + flexible auxiliary seal composite sealing structure: The back of the movable slide plate is equipped with disc spring group, providing constant pre-tightening force (adjustable 5-15N according to working conditions), ensuring tight contact of two slide plate sealing surfaces throughout the full stroke. The sealing surface adopts hard alloy (WC-Co alloy, hardness HRC65+) finely ground by diamond grinding wheel, with flatness error ≤0.005mm. At the same time, PTFE or FFKM flexible sealing ring is embedded at the edge of the sealing surface, forming double guarantee of hard seal anti-wear + soft seal anti-leakage, greatly improving sealing reliability and service life.

    Modular Integrated Design

    It adopts valve body base + functional module modular architecture, including: valve body module (integral forging process, streamlined flow channel design), actuator interface module (standard quick-release interface, compatible with multiple drive forms, replacement time ≤30 minutes), seal and slide plate module (independent unit, supports separate disassembly and replacement), control accessory module (reserved intelligent positioner, solenoid valve, position feedback sensor integrated installation position, compatible with DCS/PLC automation control system).

    Auxiliary Structure Optimization

    Guide Rail System: Movable slide plate adopts stainless steel linear guide with self-lubricating bearings, friction coefficient ≤0.005, ensuring long-term operation without sticking.

    Vent/Drain Structure: NPT1/4" vent and drain interfaces are reserved at the bottom and top of the valve body for easy system commissioning.

    Anti-Vibration Design: Elastic buffer pad is used at the connection between actuator and valve body to reduce pipeline vibration impact on control accuracy.
